The project has developed for 10 months in Santiago de Compostela, and Los Tilos, (a small locality 4 km far from Santiago), and the activity period was from 1st of February to 31st of August of 2015, across the collaboration between Spain and Germany. The aim of the partners was to provide to the young the opportunity to take part in an experience of socio cultural animation, education in the free time and intercultural learning. In this respect, 2 young volunteers from Germany, have collaborated with local volunteers of the "Asociación Recreativo Cultural Los Tilos" and of the "Escuela de Tiempo Libre y Animación Sociocultural Don Bosco" performing educational activities, work-life balance, leisure time activities and socio cultural animation for the local communities: rooms of games, libraries, computer room, Youth information, information campaigns, special activities in holidays, summer camps… It was accomplished a big impact on the local community, as the collaboration between young people from different countries encourages their interest and curiosity in Europe, the Erasmus + Programme and the European Voluntary Service in particular.
