We feel the purpose from our educational centre to teach some lifelong learning activities and provide an educational environment to our pupils that will fulfill their expectations and needs.Taking into account some of the European objectives from 2020: -The early drop outs in education and assessment. -The fight against the poor and the marginalised. The reason to develop this project is based on the constant needs of being updated in our work as teachers and to improve the linguistic competence in a school more challenging and innovating. Consequently, our aim in our project is that two English teachers taking part as participants in a course of short period abroad based on new methodologies. Our purpose is that the Pre-Primary teacher takes part in a course during the second forthnight in July in Shrewsbury, England. The course name is 'Course for European teachers of English at Pre-Primary level (Ages 3-7)'. This activity has been chosen to be performed due to having features according with Nursery methodology as well as the discussion of Education in UK and phonics. The assessment course taught by ETI Malta is 'The Payground Classroom. Language Teaching Methodology for Primary School'. The following activity has been chosen to be performed by our Primary English teacher due to dealing with contents in the classroom such as: roleplay, songs, videos, phonics, multiple intelligences, TPR activities, CLIL methodology and cooperative learning. On the other hand, once the course has finished the partcipants will create a significant impact mainly among the students and then to the colleagues as well as to other schools placed in La Nucia in order to spreading of the results. Besides, they must explain what they have experienced and learnt in their stay abroad by means of courses and workshops as well as to share resources and material with the rest of the teachers and other educational schools of the area for the spreading of the activities previously mentioned. The lesson plan for the teaching of these activities in the centre coming back from the assessment period in Europe are the following: *Storytelling by making the families to get involved while they are telling the story in a Pre-Primary classroom. *Fun English. A workshop to develop the speaking skill by means of encouraging the families to get involved . We will organize workshops, mainly in Primary, where through games we will promote the communicative skills and therefore improve the speaking competence. *ETwinning activities. Different activities related to the cultural aspects of the English language will be performed and they will be uploaded in the eTwinning website. The contents to work on are: October-Halloween, December-Christmas, January-Peace Day, February-Carnival, March-St.Patrick's Day, April-Book Day and May-Europe Day. *English Day: Playfull session where pupils participate into the different activities and workshops organised by the teachers to enhance the use of English language in our school. Our aim is to get the families involved (families, teachers and students) promoting the use of English language. Consequently the acquisition of the new methodology in the English class will create an impact among the participants. Moreover, a broad European conscience by dealing with the formation in such different countries with two varied audience (Nursery and Primary). However, the pupils' motivation will increase due to the application of new methodologies improving the linguistic competence and developing new skillls and abilities. Moreover, we will take into account the families cooperation by means of working together in some activities. Therefore, they will notice the change that has been produced in the school. Regarding to the spreading of the activities to be performed in class, the teachers must compromised in creating presentations, videos and upload them to the English blog. The ideas put into practise will be shared in eTwinning with other teachers from other European countries and this relationship will allow them to cooperate in a future project by means of Erasmus association KA2 in order to create a bigger impact in the European dimension. These educational measures will help us to keep and guarantee the project's sostenibility and prolong the existence and functioning.
