Project Title, Skills and competencies developed through European mobility "is made for 18 students of XI and XII class, upper secondary education, technological route, level 4 qualification, technical qualification auto electrician electronics technician, who are are in initial training in the High School Technology "Dimitrie Leonida" Constanta. Practical training is part of the practical training curriculum provided for class XI, specialization Eletronist auto electrician technician, level 4 qualification. Students will make in placement 90 hours (3 days) by modules provided for practical training by the curriculum approved by OMEC 3423 / 18.03.2009 and Annex 5 to the OMEdC nr.1847 from 29.08.2007 - Module IX - Electronic Circuits 72 hours - practical training and 18 hours from the total of 24 hours of the Module VIII-Health and safety at work And the group of XIIth the pupils will have a study of 90 classes (3 weeks) from the modules mentioned in the practical probations in the curriculum approved by the Annex no. 2 at OMEdC ( Ministry of Education) no 3424 from 18.03.2009, and the difference of 10 classes will be dedicated to evaluating the training stage as follows: • Module VI Planned maintenance 50 classes, laboratory 15 classes, practical training 35 classes; • Module VII Tracing the defects 50 classes, laboratory 15 classes, practical training 35 classes. Placing our students in autorepair shops fielding modern high-tech technologies and developing through mobility are serious needs, but at the same time it is a chance for our youth to be prepared according to the actual trends on the national and european work markets,a chance for them to have a first contact with highly-qualified professionals, familiar with modern technologies, with work principles that respect the enviroment, a chance for them to have a first experience of a real job after which they will shape to themselves a correct image about the carreer opportunities. There are 5 partners implied in the project: -Technological High School Dimitrie Leonida Constanta – the beneficiary of the project - J.CALERO MOTORSPORT (Spain) - M.E.P. Europrojects Granada (Spain) - AUTO CLINIC GARAGE LTD (Cyprus) - Organization for Promotion of European Issues (Cyprus) The practical training stage will take place thoughout 2 fluxed -9 students in each country – Spain and Cyprus, in March 2016 The objectives of this project are as said below: O1Training and development of specialized technical skills of students who are in initial training in accordance with appropriate training qualification standards, evaluated in an education system different from Romania, transferable, recognized and included in their qualification by ECVET O2 Developing attitudes and behaviors required to raising employment and competitiveness in dynamic world of labor market and becoming active European citizens O 3- Consolidating and enlarging the educational partnership to ensure the quality of the student’s practise on european standards O 4- Improving the communication competences and the english language, to increase the mobility of the future absolvents For the 18 participants at the mobility, the immediately expected results are 1. improving knowledge, skills, competencies target group members in their professional field 2.improving language skills, adaptivity capacity to new socio-cultural situations, developing the spirit of teamwork, working in a competitive environment at European standards, knowledge of other European realities, economic models 3.final products with valorisation and demultiplication role:a portfolio of training materials, assessment tools, monitoring sheets Other expected results: 4.Making an informative brochure and an exposion of photographstaken during the stage; 5..A portfolio with instruction materials, evaluation instuments, monitorization files , etc., 6.The good practice guide for the engine mechanics worker, which will be used in lab activity and practical instruction 7.Ímplementing the europian instruments - ECTS, 8.A seminary of professional developing of the engineer teachers and the instructing foremans from the pre-universitary system that has as objective the theoretical and practical presentation of the news in the auto field, which will facilitate the continuous shaping and perfecting those as to implement these news in the training courses.
