ABC Network - Arts Business & Creativity

The ABC Network programme aims to develop a unique method that helps business leaders and senior managers to find inspiration from artistic processes to boost individual and organisational creativity. It also enables them to measure the impact of creativity on their business. The ABC Network Method has been designed as a series of workshops that can be taken as individual or packaged modules and built on over time. The workshops focus on core business areas: - Corporate and business culture - branding- sectors-products-services- teams- business management- structure- environment. We offer a set of case studies and related operational workshops. The ABC Network workshops are built around 3 phases : - Phase 1 is "Knowledge time", a theoretical and offbeat exploration of the context and issues of the situation. - Phase 2 is "Know-how time", a phase of practical, artistic and pedagogical experimentation. - Phase 3 is "Let know time" to wrap up, translate, communicate and pass on insights and experiences. -Phase 1 offers a theoretical and contextual approach that allows all participants to acquire new knowledge and enable them to speak a common language and understanding of a situation. A relevant expert will lead the session and can range from a sociologist, philosopher, sportsman / sportswoman, doctor, scientist, etc... depending on the issue. -Phase 2 gets into experimentation in order to test new ideas and concepts and adopt a new mindset and vision. The facilitators are artists that share their knowledge and way of working and adapt them to the situation. They are fully trained by the ABC Network. -Phase 3 wraps up the whole experience, reviewing the written storyline of what has been experienced and how it can concretely answer business issues. A professional coach specialised in translating and communicating the meaning and impact of participants’ actions will facilitate the session. This phase is essential to ensure the workshop success in the long term.
