ABC for Intercultural Dialogue Act,Belong and Care

“ABC for Intercultural Dialogue”–Act, Belong and Care is a Training Course that gathers together experienced youth workers and facilitators from different backgrounds, providing the beneficiaries a chance to know how to develop European awareness learning about each other’s cultures of Caucasus, Eastern Europe and European Union Countries. This project offers the participants the unique opportunity to contribute for the achievement of Diversity and creates a privileged campus of youth information and cooperation among all countries.During the programme days the beneficiaries of this project will carry out thematic tasks, which add a true Diversity value to this event and improve their organisation to work in the inclusion of diversity in their own groups.We intend to proportionate a non-formal learning, undergoing a learning process within the group and provide a platform for discussion, and exchange of good practice in order to improve the quality of the international projects. Program is designed by using T-Kit Intercultural Learning, T-Kit Project Management, COMPASS manual, our own tools and tools from different international trainings.This project is about helping youth workers to develop long-term sustainable youth work programmes directed towards developing competencies of young people, needed for active participation and citizenship in the society having in the intercultural dialogue and inclusion the main focus. It’s about creating direction for youth work more clearly, strategically planned and based on needs of young people in different cultures with different cultural backgrounds. This seminar aims to develop skills and competences which promotes active citizenship and active intercultural learning in a wider frame from Partners to Neighbour countries.
