Thanks to the Erasmus+ programmes that support life long learning, individuals who participate in three-week mobility in Europe corroborate their craft knowledge, observe the studies that are done in Job Security and Occupational Health Nursing field so they determine required changes and developments that should be done in our country. Our project is written for the development of Job Security and Occupational Health Nursing and Germany, Italy and Denmark mobilities were carried out. However, Holland mobility was suspended by National Agency. Although not 100% success, our project succeeds thanks to the mobility activities that were carried out. The mobility of Isparta Lokman Hekim Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School that was our consortium partner was suspended so its participants cannot benefit from project. Thus, this project cannot be reached its goals totally. It is found suitable that the general required qualifications of participants are determined by coordinator institution in order to ensure the integrity of the project. Also, it is important that the training that is provided during placement period and the implementation and seeing on-site activities are perceived by all participants. Thus; - all of the participants have education in the Nursing department and they are 11th and 12th grade. -success average of participants was at least 80. They scored above 80 marks in the oral examination that is particular to nursing field and their vocational competence. Instead of examination, the oral examination was prefered to prevent unfair competition so all participants were under equal circumstances. The questions that were asked in the oral examination were prepared in the direction of all partners? opinion to specify a general and average level. The preparatory training were organized for participant students and teachers/administrators. These training were organized by people in the project team and these training involved the cultural, pedagogic and linguistic preparation presentations and other activities. Cultural structures, social life and education systems of host countries were introduced in these presentations. In addition, the education programme that was organized within the project, implementation methods of host countries, learning content and properties of equipment that is used in Job Security and Occupational Health Nursing field were introduced to participants within the scope of pedagogic preparations. Linguistic preparatory training were provided by volunteer school teacher or Public Education Center. After the basic activities were completed, the obtained effects and outcomes of project are as follows; -our participants got information, skill and experience in compliance with European standards and particular to Job Security and Occupational Health Nursing in the host education institutions and their organizations and the health facilities. -our participants improved their skills such as improving the health of Job Security and Occupational Health Nursing employees making research, improving themselves personally and vocationally, providing health care in the direction of standards of nursing care. -Our participants improved their vocational language, foreign language, communicative and social ability and their self-confidence was enhanced and they were certificated. -national and international recognition of our institution and our local partners were provided and their project execution ability was improved. -EU citizen awareness was created and our participants can get to know EU culture closely. -the contribution was made to the employment of participants in Job Security and Occupational Health Nursing field at regional/sectoral and national level in the long run. Also, the contribution was made to the dissemination of product and module formed by ministries in the health facilities, workplaces and vocational education.
