The Institute of Cassino 3 is composed of 4 school levels: Pre-primary school, Primary school, and Secondary school, and Adult education (included the school in jail). It has got 1175 pupils , aged from 3 to 55 years old. It counts 111 teachers, 20 secretary workers. Our aims: The AUSPICIO Project (European learning as a way to increase knowing and job) has got the following aims: - increase personal and social development; led teacher to learn ways of avoid school despersion; led teachers to lerarn in a european context; - help young people to join social life and the world of job; led teachers to work in a stimulating context in a European and multicultural context; - increase didactic and informatic knoledge in all the school subjects, in particolar with the use of the ITC. - Join istruction, research, innovation through linguistic learning, which led to job shadowing and partnerhips at different levels; Tachers involved: The teachers staff is made up of 4 teachers of Primary school, 3 teachers of Secondary school, 3 teacher of adult education, 1 amministrative director, 1 Headmaster, summed up to 12 people. Activities: We will divide our learning project in 3 different steps: - preparation to the learning activity by increasing the competence in English language, during the service periode at school; this includes activities of study on the eTwinning platform dedicated to the teachers learning on various themes; - partecipation to different language courses (united Kingdom, Malta), courses of different duration (5-10 days), with the aim of increasing language competences and increasing mehodological informatic competences (CLIL/use of tecnology in didactic/innovation and creativity) - valutation of learning activities and analysis of results. Methods: The preparatory phase and the learning abroad will predilige a communicative approach which will give an occasion of research, and competence sharing among teachers of different nationalities and culture. The language used will be English. The method of the course will be based on small groups of teachers (max 10/15), and it will include practical work, hands-on workshop, activity projects, role-playing, simulation of activities. Results of our project and dissemination of it: The learning experience will change methodological approach and teaching/learning processes in a relevant, creative, innovative way. It will give the opportunity of: - give a better quality of teaching experience, with the aim of helping pupils with learning difficulties: immigrants, pupils who have social difficulties, pupils with special needs (BES); -a life long learning through analysis of new methodologies which helps integration of pupils with difficulties in learning; The acquired competences will be shared with the collegues. The results will be monitored, valued and shared on the school web site, the eTwinning platform and other learning platforms of our school. The project will envolve a future participation to job-shadowing activities and teaching in European schools.
