We have partnership arrangements with Spain, Zaragoza Dinamica Oliver's training center who can provide job shadowing days for our teachers, and five days have been set aside during the first term so that we can arrange it. This is an opportunity to spend time with spanish professionals currently working in our field of interest. Job shadowing offers a chance to see what it’s actually like the social worker job and teaching in Spain. Not only do job shadowers get to observe the day-to-day activities of someone in the current workforce, they also get a chance to have their questions answered. Our school has two professional instructors who are involved in a professional theoretical and practical training of the social worker. They will participate in educational lessons and visit several practical institutions. Their goal is the theoretical and practical education interconnection and observing learning and their education infrastructure, monitoring, methodology and a new culture in the social worker world. Their experiences are shared in the form of reports and presentations within the school their colleagues and partner institutions, professional colleagues of the day. The Spanish relations transposed by the new knowledge and incorporated in the local school curriculum. The experiances will disclosure of collected knowledge by appropriate means publications, like workshops at Maltese Charity, web-based activities and publications in a Hungarian vocational magazin.
