18 trainee and four accompanying teacher participated in Tomorrow's Technology in Vocational Training Project in Berlin and Düsseldorf. Students have been studying car mechanics and turner professions for one or two years in this school term. The apprentices travelling to Berlin were placed in firms, trainees travelling to Düsseldorf were placed to car mechanics companies, and the turners were placed out three weeks to school workshops. The expected targets of the technical standard were realized beyond our expectation. The turner trainees in Düsseldorf learned about the operation of the 3D printer. Students could communicate in English and German in their working place. The biggest results of the mobility project are that Europass Mobility Document increases students' chances of employment in the labor market. 4 car mechanic students and one turner trainee managed to conclude a contract, and 4 of them applied for car technician and CNC turner evening training. The students participating this Mobility Project have big effect on their peers achieved their appreciation. 14 of the students participating in Mobility Project were visited for the first time Germany, they travelled for the first time by international train and traveled alone for the first time abroad. The students live in small villages or small urban settlements, and travelling in the big city was implemented definitely important as competence development.4 accompanying teachers took part in the project, who are teachers of our school and half of the project they changed each other. They could develop their language competences in German, and they could meet the German vocational training system in cooperation with the chambers. The result of the project: Our school’s international relationship expanded with two new German Chambers of Handicrafts and three new colleagues have joined in a vocational training project.
