Date du début: 1 sept. 2014, Date de fin: 31 août 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The Finnish method of welding analyzed from Hungarian perspective Hungarian Maltese Charity Service Devecseri Vocational School trains social workers, nurses and welders. We are a newly established institution, our work started at 01. 09. 2013. Our training courses are closely aligned with the District's idea of industrialization. We chose this partner because they have been taking part in exchange programmes for several years. They have a great experiance in receiving foreign students and organizing their professional training. The collegues of the partner school are well qualified experts. They also train welders, so the institution is suitable for learning about modern technology. The objective of the project: to develop the students' professional skills and knowledge, subserve their employability and social integration, acquire new professional experiences, expend their general and technical vocabulary and to gain insight into the foreign youth's lifestyle and culture. We intend to involve our most talented students, who are the most interested in the profession of welder. We aim to implement the direct selection on the basis of their project work. There will be a 60 hours preparation for the students from October 2014 including professional theory and practice, foreign language, culture and psychological preparation. We expect to have positive change in the students' attitude to their profession and private life, and hopefully their experiences can launch some changes in our and other students' attitude as well.
