We realized that usage and dependence of alcohol, drugs and smoking is one of the biggest issues in our societies among youngsters, this fact was also proved by the statistics and researches of the European Commission. As youth workers, youth leaders and young people, we are responsible of dealing with these problems, we have to raise awareness of the youngsters about what happens with them during the consummation of this kind of unhealthy drugs, and about the bad decision they made or can make when they started or start using it. All the youngster, as responsible citizens of their local communities and as citizens of Europe, are responsible for their health and each other's safety. Their behaviour has an influence on their community, their surroundings, and it starts with their families, friends, schoolmates, and neighbourhood. One of the biggest challenges for us as youth workers, youth leaders and young people is to offer alternatives, to motivate our target groups to fight against drugs and support them to learn becoming a useful part of their communities.
