In the context of school / group that stands out, among other things, by a diverse educational offer, formal and non-formal, by promoting inclusion, by the commitment of its staff and by the degree of technological procedures, some needs are identified translated into estrategic objectives (cf. goals of the PEA - intervention project 2014/2017) such as: - Increase rates of school success; - Improving the quality of learning and innovative teaching practices; - Expansion of educational / training offer; - Provide students with an interest in diversified activities; - Enhancing mutual acceptance and respect for cultural values and habits; - Increase articulation in organizational perspective; - Encourage participation in local, national and european oriented projects; - Stimulate the motivation of staff. The articipation in this project emerges as privileged opportunity to provide participants with: - Contact with new and different pedagogical practices, which, appropriate to the context of our classrooms, will stimulate activities leading to the improvement of learning and academic success of students; - Knowledge of different types of systems and organization in order s to streamline the implementation of more activities of non-formal context and expand the educational / training offer, especially in the secondary education level, aiming professional success of students; - Depth of different cultural values and habits, whose direct experience becomes more effective transmission of these values to students and the promotion of activities and bonds for inclusion; - Deepening the awareness of belonging to a community of European citizens; - Obligation to transmit to those not directly included in the project the results of the participation; - Various activities (preparation, mobility, installation, adaptation to different contexts, participation in learning tasks ...), necessary for participation in the project, enhancing jobt skills, in particular in terms of communication and practice of a foreign language and motivating for future action in the school context. The 10 candidates for trainees are from different areas of knowledge and different needs for improvement so that they can give a better response either to the provisions of PEA (in terms, for example, the innovative and challenging practices of conflict mediation , the inclusion strategies, the ICT and foreign languages, the deepening of European consciousness) or as prescribed in Europe 2020 ( Education and Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion). In order to implement the project the procedures will be: - Selection of the candidates face to intrinsic motivation and objectives of the project; - Preparation before the course: linguistic, cultural activities and training of specific themes addressed to the content of each of the courses specified in guided training regime, distance and self-training, using online platforms; - Logistical, linguistic and technological preparation doneby the school and the course organization; - Travel and participation in situ in various training activities at institutions accredited in several EU countries; - Continuation of post-course activities in communication system and distance learning; - Dissemination and sharing of results at local, regional, national and international level; - Application in the school context of the activities performed. At short and long term, are expected, as a direct result of the implementation of the project:: - Improvement of educational quality; - Increased professional motivation levels; - Implementation and systematic promotion sessions organized for distribution and dissemination of results; - Implementation of new strategies and methods in the classroom; - Implementation of new non-formal activities in the school context; - Intensification of the updated use of technologies; - Increase in utilization of foreign language as a vehicle of knowledge acquisition and communication to professional level; - Improved success of students, due to new strategies and activities implemented in the school; - Reduction of conflicts at school; - Improving the feeling of belonging either to the school community or to the community of European citizens; - Improved communication strategies and practices; - Increased participation in European projects; - Encouraging mobility of students in terms of future training and employability in Europe; - Reinforcement of multiculturalism and inclusion levels; - Creating network of contacts at European level to: . Facilitate participation in intercultural projects; . Share knowledge and activities; . Training and employment.
