This project was written to inform youth leaders on the poverty in europe resulting from lesser opportunity backgrounds and to teach them methods to combat it so that opportunities do not remain 'out of reach'! The goal is to develop participants on an individual as well as on group level.The youth exchange is held in the parish of Kadrina in Estonia on 2.-10. July 2010. There will be 25 participants. The partners for our project are from Slovenia, Malta, Greece and Italy.
