Le projet consiste á créer un cycle d'études transfrontalier d'ingénieurs en génie civil, regroupant 30 étudiants par promotion qui obtiendront les diplomes des 3 pays (Bachelor aprés 4 ans, Master aprés 5 ans et demi).Les cours seront dispensés á tour de role (par année universitaire) á Strasbourg (2002- 2003), Bale (2003-2004) et Karlsruhe (2004- 2007).
