Providing tools for balanced work lives : The project aimed to develop the concept of flexible working by introducing it in some areas and building on existing work in others. The lead partner had developed a flexible working tool for the UK and aimed to produce an EU-wide one. This project started in 2001 and lasted 23 months.

It has therefore produced a curriculum and training materials which have been evaluated by employers and trades unions and can be used in the workplace.
