Heat est un projet de soutien à l'emploi des jeunes et de prévention des comportements face aux risque associés à la situation de chômage. Heat offre à 90 jeunes, un service de placement, de formation et de soins psychologiques. Il prévoit l'expérimentation transfrontalière d'un profil innovant et multicompétent de conseiller d'orientation professionnnelle.
