O objectivo do projecto ¡Mira ! é o de contribuir à reactivação de uma dinâmica de intercâmbios artísticos e de cooperação cultural entre a França e a Espanha no domínio do espectáculo vivo (teatro, música, dança…), mas também o de apoiar e de favorecer as iniciativas que permitam lançar as bases de uma cooperação cultural sustentável entre os profissionais e os artistas dos dois países.
