The trading harbour of Bastia has 2,2 million passengers and it is the second French harbour; it is place in the city core at the mountain feet. This context decrease its accessibility and fluidity . The project aims to decide on the strategy which will turn the harbour into a more operative and functional structure for the city and the region.
