CUNE Comics-in-Residence (CiR) is an exchange programme for European comic artists. In 2013–2014, CUNE CiR will arrange 16 residencies in Helsinki, Malmö, Riga and Tallinn and hold 6 international seminars on new cross-cultural co-operation measures at major European comics festivals.
