15 Romanian animators of Pays de Hateg and 10 French teenagers from Quimper (in south Brittany), all of them voluntaries, conduct the project of organising together 5 bilingual holiday centres in August 2015. The headquarters of the centres would be placed in the schools of these rural communes of the Carpathians, under the authority of their town hall directions.
