Exchanging ideas and methods, know-how and experiences of training programmes for Russian speaking population in Finland and in Estonia (+Latvian experiences). Training and negotiation sessions focus on four target groups: representatives of training institutions, immigration and integration authorities, employers and media. Target areas: Kymenlaakso and Ida-Viru/Narva (+ Latvia: Riga University)
