STANDARDCARE - Standardisation of training programmes for care of people with complex problems in Europe through use of a single assessment process

The project aims to develop a Pan-European approach to meet the needs of the elderly, disabled and young people with complex problems. It will develop a common European training programme and accreditation in the use of single assessment processes for workers involved in the care of people with complex problems.
