Underground City XXI, a European interdisciplinary platform aims to establish a cultural and art community, an online collaborative interdisciplinary network developing 3D multi-user environmet shared in the internet based on situation of former coal mine in Labin.It links visual arts, achitecture, new tehcnologies and research through a web tool and, workshops are foreseen.
