The aim of the project is to design and verify a model of objective quality assessment, effectiveness and efficiency of educational activities in the area of life-long vocational education. To this effect tools for self-evaluation and quality evaluation will be developed as well as models for periodical and reciprocal quality benchmarking of educational institutions.
