Le projet a pour objectif principal la sauvegarde des variétés fruitières traditionnelles de l’espace du Rhin supérieur, et sera mis en oeuvre par 14 partenaires du Bade-Wurtemberg, d'Alsace et de Rhénanie-Palatinat.Das Projekt, dessen Hauptziel der Erhalt traditioneller Obstsorten am Oberrhein ist, wird mit 14 Partnern aus Baden-Württemberg, Alsace und Rheinland-Pfalz durchgeführt.
