Helping preserve Europe's heritage : A handbook has been published aimed at local authorities, providing them with a framework with which to certify the maintenance work which has taken place at World Heritage Sites. The project has also produced a professional profile for a World Heritage Craftsman. This project started in 2003 and lasted 24 months.
