The aim is to establish the basis for cross-border co-operation between the participating regions in Finland, Estonia and Novgorod, to create both trade and training contacts that would create foundations for new joint activities in the future. Target areas: Itä-Uusimaa and Kymenlaakso (Finland), Jõgeva and Tartu (Estonia), and Novgorod (Russia)
