Professional development of social entrepreneurs : The UCE project defines an appropriate training mechanism to meet the requirements of social entrepreneurs. Through the UCE network, players involved in the social entrepreneur sector will be encouraged to observe the UCE charter. This project started in 2001 and lasted 36 months.
