The aim is to establish network between the enterprises in the business incubator in Lahti and the enterprises in the region of Narva. Target sectors are IT, fashion design, design and environmental technology. Another objective is to promote entrepreneurship among the Ingrian people in the region of Jõhvi. Target areas: Lahti (Päijät-Häme, Finland) and Jõhvi and Narva (Ida-Viru, Estonia)
