Based on the previous Les Effronteries project, the partners contribute to a sustainable human development programme and focus even more on urban transformation in the cross-border area.On the one hand, they make the residents aware of their surrounding environment to better understand and appreciate it. On the other hand, they invite artists to explore the same area.
