The main aim of the project is to create conditions for economic development in the cross border region by means of extending and modernising the Sea Port on the River Elblag, which is a complementary measure to other currently ongoing projects. The idea of modernising the port results from the need to provide a complex passenger and cargo service, including river and sea sailing.
