This project is a multilateral youth exchange between the three countries , Iceland, Spain and Sweden . 14 youngsters and two leaders from each country will meet over a two year period. The topic we want to discuss is the health , wellbeing and inclusion. This project is inspired by the needs that exist in our social environment .
