The youth exchange project "Speak Unique&" took place on 23 May - 1 June 2015 in Rezekne, Latvia. It was organized by Film Design Studio BaltStar which hosted 36 participants from 4 organizations coming from European countries. Young participants who are connected with culture and art came from Spain, Italy, Turkey and Latvia. Preparatory meeting for the leaders was organized on 8-10 April 2015. ...
