Generally speaking, when young people get into the circle of unemployment they have less and less opportunity to build international relations and to improve their knowledge and skills through non-formal learning in an intercultural environment. Because of this, our aim is to help the young people to get to know themselves, improve their competencies, so they can avoid unemployment in a long term. One of our objectives is to develop the skills that contribute to the career guidance and to the development of individual life, and which are necessary in order to encourage the active participation of young people, promote volunteering among them, develop those skills which they can use in their future lives.During the project, the participants will explore the young people's problems on labor market, the deficiencies of the career guidance system, and they also will develop and propose solutions. The participants will have a discussion about working abroad, as well as advantages and disadvantages of starting your own business. They will make situation games to test their competences related to the job interviews, during the creative workshops they can express their personalities and their feelings about the unemployment. Intercultural environment widens the approaches of young people they will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of cultural, economic and social experiences and exchange of information.The project will take place in the "Zarándokház" in Máriapócs. In the project's 10 days 4 countries will participate (Slovakia, Romania, Netherlands, Hungary) with 10 people (9 participants and a group leader) from each country. The project will be on June 2016.
