Methodology used in carrying out the project:
Applied project management and a structural plan which has been developed give an overview over budget and time structure. The project will be under permanent supervision of a controlling body in charge (e.g. headmaster /-mistress).
Target oriented work with the help of work packages will lead to sustainable and useable results. Monthly quality checks by the controlling body guarantee the compliance with the structure plan of the project regarding time, finance and results.
Reasons must be given for deviances from the structure plan.
All participating schools will send reports of their results so that the coordinating school will be able to act adequate to the situation.
The controlling body is trained in business economics and law and experienced in the fields of controlling and conflict management.
Pedagogues with degrees in the following subjects are involved in the project and guarantee the quality of the common product (job-box).
Results and impact:
The project wants to reduce unemployment and support affected people.
Long term benefits:
This project will entail contacts and friendships among participating students and teachers. Teachers and students will be working closely together and in long-term and short-term mobilities students will spend a lot of time together with students from participating other schools. They will get to know more about each other’s living-conditions, cultures and ways of life and will be influenced by them. These positive experiences will broaden students’ and teachers’ horizons and make them more open for a common European mindset that includes thoughts of peace, cooperation and liberality. These results will persist and will therefore foster common European goals.
The encounter with people from other countries with a different background will inevitably have an impact on all the participants. Students will afterwards be more open to travelling and will probably also think about foreign countries as a choice for their domicile and place of work.
