The 2015 IES SON RULLAN. MOVILIDAD DE CALIDAD DE PRACTICAS FORMATIVAS project has been created to offer our students from the Middle Level Training Cycles, the opportunity to do placement- Workplaces in a EU country in particular in Poland. We speak then of pupils aged between 17 and 25 years or so. Furthermore, with this project we want to facilitate students, and teachers involved, rapprochement and integration in Europe, while we facilitate the learning of other languages and cultures. So far, we have encouraged to submit their own project that we can manage independently. We want and are prepared to exercise direct control over mobility, including the work of mentoring, monitoring, direct contact with the end-host partners and training agreements. The 2015 IES SON RULLAN. MOVILIDAD DE CALIDAD DE PRACTICAS FORMATIVAS, in addition to the management team and the coordinators of FCT and mobility, all teachers are involved and especially VET tutors FCT professional family that the school has: sports physical activities. Our School has an important cultural diversity, because of the diverse backgrounds of our students. By 2015 IES SON RULLAN. MOVILIDAD DE CALIDAD DE PRACTICAS FORMATIVAS project we want to strengthen the capacity for lifelong learning of our students to create in them a sense of European citizenship based on understanding and respect for human rights and promoting tolerance with other countries and cultures. In the same way we pay special attention to the participation of groups whose characteristics (special educational needs, socioeconomic disadvantage, etc.) Run the risk of discrimination. Mobility will run for four weeks and will take place mostly during the months of June and July 2015 and 2016 that is when making their specialty practices. The country of destination is Poland, although this relationship may be extended due to the constant contact we are doing with schools in other countries. The selection of the company is made by our contact with the host partner, who will be responsible, among other things, to seek a placement appropriate for each student and track them. Such collaboration is essential for the preparation and execution of the project and ensures reliability and sustainability. The availability of partners with whom we have worked previously, makes quality ensured that offer mobility. Each of us knows what to do at all times and we understand the importance for the future of our students, that training stays in business are really quality and help promote creativity, competitiveness, employability and also the promotion of entrepreneurship. The fact of living on an island does, many times, that they cost more students decide to make a formative stay away. We want to break this topic. With 2015 IES SON RULLAN. MOVILIDAD DE CALIDAD DE PRACTICAS FORMATIVAS project we desire our students to travel and open their horizons to new experiences with people with other languages and other European companies, so it responds to the operational objectives of the Program Leonardo da Vinci. With this experience is expected to enhance the possibility of finding their first job and to be more competitive in the labor market by adding a value from the practices in the placements.
