The objectives of our project are: 1) To measure the impact EVS had on the professional, personal and social life of vip EVS volunteers and on the associations involved 2) To increase the capacity of the European organisations to manage projects for VIPs and to exchange experiences on how to adapt EVS projects for vips. 3) At the end of these days we would like to get some inputs in order to make a brochure for organisations with tips how to be prepared to organise such projects. In order to fulfil our objectives we will use dynamic methodology in working in groups, brain storming sharing experiences and an open space presentation with stands where everyone can better know each other’s work in the field of EVS.
