Supporting not-for-profit organizations to be more sustainable and maximize their impact through the implementation of Lean principles and the capacitation and coaching of their leaders in change and innovation management.
As a former Senior Consultant at Kaizen Institute, I learnt that sustainable change is not possible when the people are not involved in the change. So, my expertise includes not only value stream optimization but also the implementation of change management systems.
