I am an experienced audit and advisory partner working collaboratively with medium and large entities and donot funded projects for over 20 years in Albania and Kosova. Currently I am an audit and advisory partner at Kreston Albania being responsible for audit quality delivery, people development and donor funded projects implementation.
Previously I have been advisor of the deputy prime minister of Albania and for 16 years she have been working as audit director at Deloitte Audit Albania.
I am Motivated of attracting talent and contributing to people develop into outstanding professionals and have been actively involved in mentoring programs for start-ups, lecturing for different universities, offering local and international trainings for young and experienced professionals, and have extensive contributed to women's empowerment initiatives.
My vision and impact are to continue to inspire and mentor the youngest generation to achieve their own success, serving as a role model and driving them through innovative paths.
