Topic Description
Specific Challenge:

One way assembly (OWA) gives lower time to market and lower production/product cost and thereby increases the competitiveness within the aerospace industry. There is currently a number of drilling and fastening solutions on the market which support OWA, however there is no such system which is compact enough to be either handled manually or by a single light weight industrial robot. A suitable end effector which can work in conjunction with humans and robots is desired. For the full topic description see the Call Text Document (Annex of Workplan) published with this call.
