There is a progressive upward trend of young entrepreneurs in the food processing industry which shows a greater propensity for innovation, for example the development of socio-agricultural interventions, friendly online platforms selling their products and tourist visits to sustainable farms.

This idea aims to promote these young entrepreneurs and their innovative business initiatives with special attention on female entrepreneurship. We want to encourage exchange between generations in the food processing industry, implementing activities to strengthen knowledge and skills and the capacity to develop through workshops, e-learning, innovation laboratories, transnational exchanges etc. In addition, we want to link this all together by creating an accessible ecosystem for sustainable tourism that can compete with other regions.
