Since 2016 ShowDesk enjoying a project focused on enabling artists, designers in residence to research and produce Artworks which can interact with the local communites and in particular with the city of Naples. Its goal is to help to optimize its cultural heritage – its Art and landscape – by promoting artists who can produce works connected to the area through direct experience due to living in the city of Naples itself. The artists, hosted by call invitation, are selected on the basis of their research and artistic achievements. All project's activities involving people with social difficulties. In particular, its main objective is to involve young NEET (Neither in Employment nor in Education or Training) in informal educational paths in which they can acquire transversal skills and motivation for their insertion into society and help them to find a job.
