The italian kitchen is the result of years of influence from different cultures. In Sicily, the most well knowed plates have arabic, french, turkish, spanish albanian and so on origin. In Piemonte french, german and croatian plates mixt between give amazing tastes.
Teaching tollerance and create integration trough the kichen, is the idea of this project.
Put toghether people from different nationalities and ages, teaching them how to cook, and exchenge their knoledge on their kitchen, could even create the basis to start a new business.
