This project seeks to contribute to the reactivation of the 30+ people who unfortunately, due to their burdened daily lives, do not have the opportunity to exercise at a more regular pace. The result of this situation is the deterioration of their physical and mental health, depriving them also of the opportunity to socialize through sports activities. The purpose of the project is to create opportunities to enhance sociability and well-being for middle-aged participating in outdoor physical actions.
