Intercultural competences as well as project management competences of our school are to be improved significantly. This has become necessary because of the changing demands on our school due to the change from regional employment markets to an European employment market. So we have to prepare our students for Europe. It is important for us that teachers of our school participate in the offered courses together with teachers from other countries, to enable intercultural learning throughout the week. The training course will also enable our teachers and henceforth our school to establish bonds with possible exchange partners or to plan E-Twinning or Job-Shadowing. To sustainably improve our intercultural competences as well as our project management competences our participating teachers, who already are the exchange coordinators of our school, are able and willing to take part in the offered training courses in other countries. They furthermore, as foreign language teachers, have good foreign language skills and want to implement the European Idea in our school, in classes and with our students.We hope to achieve positive short and long-term results to better establish intercultural learning and cooperation with other European schools in multiple countries. The trained teachers of our school can further work as multiplicators to inspire our school even more for European projects. These projects will then highly improve intercultural, language and social skills of our students to better prepare them for the future demands of an European and international employment market.
