The recipient of the support provides services of the SMEs of the South Great Plain thermal water cluster. The project included the organization of conferences and trainings that helped expand the scope of operation of the beneficiary to supporting baths in the Vojvodina area. The goal of the project was to improve the quality of services through the exchange of experiences on both sides of the border. The coordination of cross-border activities was carried out by the Magyarkanizsa Spa. Thanks to the project, the service-providing small and medium-sized enterprises of the region now have constant access to new, up-to-date information, which helps improve their business and modernize their services.
