In addition, the project pursues to look for new ideas and methods helping to create favourable teaching and learning environment; to effectively meet individual students needs as well as enhance their creative potential and motivation; to improve students general competences, encourage career training. The aim of the project – to adopt modern and effective experiences and apply the latter while implementing qualitative changes in the educational process, encouraging multilateral collaboration, changing and exchanging ideas. During twelve mobility teachers will take part in refresher courses in Iceland, Spain, England and improve their skills and competences, will share ideas. Our teachers have some personal experience in participating in different international events. However, we have never had an opportunity to participate in a project as a team. We hope to establish new, long-lasting contacts, gain teamwork experience and apply newly discovered ideas in administering strategic management of our educational institution. We are sure that participation in the project would be beneficial in many aspects. It might provide with the ideas of how to improve the work of student admission board; to develop methodology enabling to indicate gifted primary school pupils and ensure their further education. Finding the ways of how to consolidate the skills gained, providing school leavers with professional guidance concerning the future career. Teachers would share the ideas of how to creatively arrange educational environment and make the educational process more interesting, attractive, motivating students to learn. The dissemination of the experience gained might be organized in two different ways: sharing ideas with the local school staff and with regional schools, as well as e-Twinning project partners, teachers and lecturers of art and music all over Lithuania. Various forms of sharing experiences might be applied, e.g. mobile seminars, webinars, publications in local an regional newspapers, blogs, various public initiatives, conferences, debates, etc. Any idea discovered and shared with colleagues could make a difference for both, students and teacher as new ideas might turn teaching and learning process in an enjoyable and meaningful activity.
