The project is focused on developing the teaching process with the help of life-long learning, improving and developing teachers competences, experimenting with new teaching ideas, innovative techniques and programs which is aimed to implement the "output" of the process-a student-as a valuable citizien of the united Europe. To acquire the goals claimed in the school educational programme - modernisation and internationalisation, we have identified the needs which can be divided into the following areas: - improvement of the language competences - improvement of a digital competences - development of European dimension of our school by participating in international projects In order to meet the identified needs we plan the following staff training in form of structured courses for 3 teachers. Two of them have already got some previous experiences with doing the courses abroad (but long time ago) and their gained knowledge have had possitive impact on the quality of teaching process in our shool. We also plan to send one teacher who needs an intensive English language course (teaching in our school only for 2 years) to gain perfection in the language competences and effective teaching methods and to participate in and develop new international projects. Number of mobilities - 1 (2 weeks). The aimes of the course "Creative Methodology" are to give teachers tools to motivate them in the learning process by various games and activities, innovative techniques and how to develop certain skills - reading and listening comprehensions, grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. Number of mobilities - 1 (1week). The activity "English Language Development for Teachers plus Using ICT Tools to enhance Language Learning" is aimed to improve English language skills while learning how to use innovative ICT tools to motivate their students to learn a foreign language and to continue the process of turning the traditional school into the modern one. Number of mobilities - 1 (1 week). Participating in the project activities teachers will not only gain new methods and ideas in the language teaching but they will also have the opportunity to share them with colleagues from other European countries. Back in school with new motivation and enthusiasm they would use their knowledge in their classes to be albe to reflect students´ needs. They would organise workshop for the other teachers. Their experiences and innovative methods and approaches to learning would be shared with the other secondary English teachers in our region. The most appropriate activities for our language teachers are ones that give them tools to motivate language learning in students, passing their final (matura) exams in a foreign language and finally having job opportunities in EU countries. The variety of courses will offer a wide use of knowledge gained from the activities in the learning process and its further development. It is a great opportunity for the language teachers to be professionally trained and competent in order to grow their professional and personal confidence.
