The purpose of the preparatory project is to begin the identification of best practices, exchange experiences and knowledge, compare the relationships between Finland and Sweden, making contacts with several project partners, and plan and complete a master application. The main project is expected to help increase awareness of equality and diversity as a tool in the development of the IT industry. The project is expected to help make the region more attractive and contribute to a long-term and more sustainable growth and development.
