One teacher training in language and methodology to further embed the target language into School Help School follow new curriculum Find partners abroad Get pupils to use ICT to communicate with other schools in UK and abroad. This course will be invaluable on many levels. It will reinvigorate and update my teaching methods and resources, allow for time to meet up with and discuss Modern Foreign Languages and their teaching in Scotland - while all being communicated in the target language. It will allow for more cross-curricular projects to be planned and therefore be of use school wide. The main benefit of such a course is the language immersion aspect - something every Modern Foreign Languages teacher, given the opportunity, should take. The course will also inform and enrich my knowledge of Brittany and its rich history - something I can then develop and introduce as a future project for pupils. The possibility of setting up links with colleagues and pupils from this part of France would also offer many exciting opportunities. Having participated previously in a different LFEE course - Salignac, 2010 - I am in no doubt of the huge benefit this course will have on my teaching as the teaching methodologies I experienced on the course in Salignac are still very much a part of my teaching.
